Ich wünsche sie würden etwas niedriger als 4kg als Einstellung beginnen, da dieses Gewicht für einige der Übungen zu schwer war, aber cool Verpackung
ces haltères ont vraiment amélioré mes séances d'entraînement à la maison. Il faut un peu de temps pour s'habituer aux changements de poids. La qualité de fabrication est au top. Le seul inconvénient est que la peinture commence légèrement à s'écailler après un usage intense sur la durée.
